What a corporate site needs to do
Nama Energy Group PLC develops overlooked hydrocarbon assets in proven African basins, with a focus on onshore assets in mature basins. As a public company talking to investors, partners and shareholders, it needed a website that would introduce the business with confidence and keep its audiences up to date.
A corporate website has a different job from most small business sites. Visitors aren’t looking to buy; they’re assessing the company. They want to understand the strategy, see who leads the business and find the latest announcements quickly. The site needed to be credible, clear and easy to keep current.
A corporate site with a clear structure
We designed and built a site around the questions investors and partners ask:
- Company, vision and values pages that set out what the group does, where it operates and how it works
- Board and management pages introducing the people leading the business
- A news and investor announcements section, so updates are published in one consistent place
- An investor alerts sign-up form, so shareholders and interested parties can be notified when something new is published
The design is restrained and professional, with the emphasis on clarity. The site is fast and works well on every device, from a desktop at a fund manager’s office to a phone on the move.
A content management system for announcements
Announcements need to go live quickly and accurately. The site has a custom content management system built on Sanity, so the team can publish news and investor updates, change board biographies and update company information themselves, without waiting for a developer.
The editing screens are built around the group’s own content, with fields for each type of announcement and page. That keeps every update consistent and reduces the chance of mistakes when it matters most.
Microsoft 365 for the team
Alongside the website, we set the group up with Microsoft 365 licensing for business email and Office apps. The team has professional email on its own domain and the tools it needs to work together, all managed under one account the business controls.
The result
Nama Energy Group now has a credible corporate home at nama-energy.group that explains the business, introduces its leadership and keeps investors informed, with a content management system the team can run themselves and Microsoft 365 for everyday work.
